National Update: Day 32 - 419 babies saved
Houston, Texas is the home of the largest abortion facility in the Western Hemisphere. As you drive up, the 78,000 square foot facility looks overwhelming. When it opened a few years ago, many were disheartened … but not all. Texans responded in a big way — including a courageous, younger Texan. In the midst of such evil, Christ can even use an 11-year-old girl to remind us of the hope He has in store. Be encouraged by these two reports that come from warm locations where the theme of their campaigns has been persistence. (link to 40 Days for Life blog) Local Update (last updated- Day 29) by Brian Westbrook Today I just returned back from the St. Peter’s 40 Days for Life campaign and I was reminded of Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. Today as we all look out our windows it is incredibly obvious that the weather is pretty bad. And as I stood in the pouring down rain aside Chris Schulenburg I couldn’t help but ask myself the question of “Would Jesus stand out here in the rain for the unborn?”; Because if we are made in God’s image then our actions and decisions should reflects God’s will here on Earth. So as you look in the mirror in the morning do you see God? (link to Coalition for Life, St. Louis) Comments are closed.
